Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and the ordering of visual-marketing services (photo enhancement, virtual staging, property video, listing pages, floor plans) from Horizon Estates.

Offers & prices

Prices shown on this site are indicative and per the published price list at the time of ordering. Custom scopes (video, listing pages, full kits) are quoted individually. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. [TODO: confirm final price list]

Delivery & revisions

Standard delivery is 48–72 hours from receiving complete materials and a brief; expedited tiers as offered in the calculator. Revision rounds are included per the ordered tier.

Virtual staging disclosure

Digitally staged or enhanced images are intended to be labelled as such. The client is responsible for compliant use of delivered materials in their listings.

Rights & usage

Upon full payment the client receives usage rights to the delivered visuals for marketing the specific property. Source materials remain with their respective owners. [TODO: define exact licence scope]

Showcase listings

Property pages marked as showcases are demonstrations of our listing-page service. The marketing of those properties remains with the named listing agency; Horizon Estates is not acting as an estate agent.
