What we collect

When you use the contact, viewing or newsletter forms we process the data you enter (name, email, message, requested date) solely to answer your enquiry. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels on this site.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, user agent, requested page) in server logs as required to deliver the site. See Vercel's privacy documentation for details.

Embedded maps

Property pages embed maps from OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, your browser connects to openstreetmap.org and transmits your IP address. See the OSMF privacy policy for details.

Legal basis

Processing of form data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating this site).

Retention & your rights
